OnePatch login instructions

All OnePatch users are required to use the ‘reset password’ function when initially set up as a user in OnePatch.

  1. Go to OnePatch (https://onepatch.com.au/broker-portal/)
  2. Click “Forgot your password”
  3. Enter your email address
  4. OnePatch will send you an email with a “Reset your password” link
    The email will come from the email address “[email protected]”, so keep an eye our for it
    The link in the email expires in 5 minutes, so be quick! If it times out, just repeat the “forgot your password” process again
  5. When you click the link, you’ll be asked to enter a new password
  6. You are now ready to login using your newly established password for OnePatch
    If you aren’t redirected back to the login screen, go to OnePatch (https://onepatch.com.au/broker-portal/)
